Legacy University graduates its maiden set

It was all joy on Monday 17th May 2021, when the management, staff and students of Legacy University converged to celebrate the graduation of its maiden set. The Pro Chancellor Dr Chief Leo Nkameme, the Vice Chancellor Prof Ezekiel Ihionu, the Vice Chairman Legacy University Board of Trustees Chief Festus Onyima, the Chairman Ubahumonum Okija Community Mr Paul Ohaguim were among the dignatries who graced the event. In his speech, the Pro Chancellor appreciated God for the grace to achieve this great milestone which was very crucial for the legitimacy and thriving of the university. He further appreciated the committed staff of the university, for giving their best amidst several challenges to make dream of yesterday now a reality. He concluded by thanking the students for keeping faith with the university at its inception. He advised the students to be good ambassadors of the university wherever the future finds them and prayed for their success. Meanwhile Vice Chancellor Prof Ezekiel Ihionu appreciated the Pro Chancellor and the members of staff for their dogged effort to ensure that Legacy University continues to excel. He advised the graduands to go into the world and conquer without fear. Finally the valedictorian of the set Mr Chisom Okeke, appreciated the management and the staff for the four years of fruitful academic pursuit. He enjoined his mates to take all that they learnt from the university into the world and become successful. He promised on their behalf that they will be worthy representatives of the university wherever they go and will not forget their root when they become successful.
